How to use
Shake with water & PDM
Replace your normal breakfast and lunch with a Formula 1 shake.
Mix 2 scoops of Formula 1 with 2 scoops Protein Drink Mix and mix with 300ml water.
Shake with Milk or Milk alternative
MIx 2 scoops of Formula 1 with 250ml low-fat milk or a milk alternative for example unsweetened soy/almond milk. In this case the Protein Drink Mix can be used as a Protein Snack mid-afternoon.

Replace your normal tea/coffee (in the morning) with a glass of refreshing Herbal Tea. Can also be served chilled.
Add the Herbal Aloe to your water and drink throughout the day.
Take 1-2 Vitamin & Mineral tablets per day with meals.
