30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At HLF Pure Balance, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your Herbalife purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order and choose either a refund or a replacement.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. We will provide you with the required Customer Refund Form, together with detailed instructions on how and where to return your item. The completed form must accompany all returned products.

Product Replacements

Herbalife nutrition and personal care products may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

If you would like to arrange a replacement, simply contact our support team and we will guide you through the process. For approved exchanges, return shipping costs will be covered by HLF Pure Balance.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not in satisfactory condition, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the package.

Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional charge and provide instructions for returning the affected item.

Returns in Transit

HLF Pure Balance cannot be held responsible for returned parcels that are lost, delayed, or stolen while being shipped back to us.

For your protection, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service and retaining proof of postage until the return has been successfully processed.

Refund & Exchange Processing Times

After your returned item has been received and inspected by our warehouse team, refunds or exchanges are usually completed within 2 business days.

Please allow a short period between the delivery of your return and the confirmation of receipt, as warehouse processing times may vary slightly.
