Free & Standard UK Delivery

At HLF Pure Balance, we offer free delivery across the UK on all orders exceeding £79.

For orders below £79, a standard shipping charge of £6.99 will apply.

As soon as your order has been confirmed, you will receive tracking details so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery.

Quick Order Processing

Orders submitted before 12:00pm, Monday to Friday, are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.

We work with DPD, one of the UK's leading courier services, to ensure dependable and efficient delivery.

Order Processing & Dispatch Times

To provide a consistent customer experience, orders are processed according to Herbalife's official fulfilment procedures:

Orders Received Before 12:00pm (Mon–Fri)
These are typically transmitted to the warehouse on the same business day and are often dispatched shortly afterwards.

Orders Received After 12:00pm (Mon–Fri)
These are normally sent to the warehouse on the next working day and are usually dispatched once processing has been completed.

Warehouse Processing Time
Most orders are prepared and released from the warehouse within 24 hours of processing, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please be aware that during busy periods, public holidays, promotional campaigns, or month-end processing, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.

Order Amendments & Cancellations

Once an order has been successfully submitted, we are unable to make changes, modify products, update shipping information, or cancel the order.

We therefore recommend reviewing all order details carefully before completing your purchase.
